To Our Credit Union Membership

We have recently been made aware of even more scams that may be targeting our members.

There have been reports of emails and text messages received by members of our credit union and other institutions in the area advising of low balances, new or unauthorized withdrawals or de-activated debit and credit cards. If you click the link in the email or call the phone number on the text message, you are greeted with a message advising you that you need to enter your 16-digit card number... THIS IS A SCAM!

Please know that we will NEVER attempt to contact you in either of these ways to advise of this type issue, nor will an automated message ask for your card or account number. So please do not attempt to reply to any of these scams.

If you receive this type email or text message, please delete them and NEVER respond to them, even to advise that it is incorrect.

If you have any questions about any correspondence, please feel free to contact us directly by phone at 610-270-1008 to verify.

Sincerely,

Stephanie Newbert
